Here’s what I had to do to get it installed.   I still got the warning that it was incompatible, but seems to work.

1. Extract all files from MR4 to your hard drive
2. Install LUSETUP.exe from the SEP folder
3. Run setup.exe from the SEP folder
4. Reboot
